Mrs. MASKEY (Nepal) said that the delegation of Nepal welcomed the report of the Secretary-General on the restructuring of the United Nations Secretariat (A/49/336) and his efforts to establish an integrated Department of Administration and Management, to restructure the political and humanitarian sectors of the Organization, and to integrate the social and economic dimensions of development.
