وإذ ترحب كذلك بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره)٥٦(،

2. Takes note of the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development,56 and endorses the recommendations contained therein;
٢ - تحيط علما بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره)٥٦( وتؤيد التوصيات الواردة فيه؛

وإذ ترحب كذلك بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره)٨٠(،

2. Takes note of the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development,80 and endorses the recommendations contained therein;
٢ - تحيط علما بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره)٨٠( وتؤيد التوصيات الواردة فيه؛

وترد الملاحظات التوضيحية النموذجية في التذييل الثالث لتقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره (A/49/316).

5. The General Assembly, in its resolution 49/75 C of 15 December 1994 on transparency in armaments, took note of the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development.
٥ - وفي قرارها ٤٩/٧٥ جيم المؤرخ ١٥ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، بشأن الشفافية في مجال التسلح، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره.

In addition, resolution 49/75 C of 15 December 1994 on transparency in armaments took note of the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development (A/49/316).
وباﻹضافة الى ذلك، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما، في قرارها ٤٩/٧٥ جيم المؤرخ ١٥ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤ المتعلق بالشفافية في مجال التسلح، بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره (A/49/316).

In addition, the General Assembly, in its resolution 49/75 C took note of the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development (A/49/316).
وباﻹضافة الى ذلك، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما، في قرارها ٤٩/٧٥ جيم، بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره)٢( (A/49/316).

6. In the same resolution, the General Assembly called upon Member States to provide the requested data and information for the Register, on the basis of resolutions 46/36 L and 47/52 L and the annex and appendices to the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development, to the Secretary-General by 30 April annually.
٦ - وفـي القـرار نفســه، دعت الجمعية العامة الدول اﻷعضاء أن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام سنويا بحلول ٣٠ نيسان/أبريل البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة للسجل، على أساس القرارين ٤٦/٣٦ لام و ٤٧/٥٢ لام والمرفق وتذييلات تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره.

3. Calls upon Member States to provide the requested data and information for the Register, on the basis of resolutions 46/36 L and 47/52 L and the annex and appendices to the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development, to the Secretary-General by 30 April annually;
٣ - تطلب إلى الدول اﻷعضاء أن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام سنويا بحلول ٣٠ نيسان/أبريل البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة للسجل، على أساس القرارين ٤٦/٣٦ لام و ٤٧/٥٢ لام والمرفق وتذييلات تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره؛

3. Calls upon Member States to provide the requested data and information for the Register, on the basis of resolutions 46/36 L and 47/52 L and the annex and appendices to the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development, to the Secretary-General by 30 April annually;
٣ - تدعو جميع الدول اﻷعضاء إلى أن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام سنويا بحلول ٣٠ نيسان/أبريل، البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة للسجل، على أساس القرارين ٤٦/٣٦ لام و ٤٧/٥٢ لام ومرفقات وتذييلات تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره؛

٢ - تطلب إلى الدول اﻷعضاء أن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام سنويا بحلول ٣٠ نيسان/أبريل البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة للسجل، على أساس القرارين ٤٦/٣٦ لام و ٤٧/٥٢ لام ومرفق وتذييلات تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره)٢١(؛

3. Calls upon Member States, with a view to achieving universal participation, to provide to the Secretary-General by 31 May annually the requested data and information for the Register, including nil reports if appropriate, on the basis of resolutions 46/36 L and 47/52 L and the recommendations contained in paragraph 64 of the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development;80
٣ - تطلب إلى الدول اﻷعضاء أن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام، بحلول ٣١ أيار/ مايو من كل سنة، البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة ﻷغراض السجل، بما في ذلك التقارير التي تفيد أنه " لا يوجد " عند الاقتضاء، استنادا إلى القرارين ٤٦/٣٦ لام و ٤٧/٥٢ لام وإلى التوصيات الواردة في الفقرة ٦٤ من تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره)٨٠(، وذلك بهدف تحقيق مشاركة عالمية؛
