4 - ترحب بإنشاء الأمين العام الفريق الرفيع المستوى المعني بالتهديدات والتحديات والتغيير لتقديم توصيات بشأن عناصر العمل الجماعي، وتعرب عن استعدادها لأن تنظر، على سبيل الأولوية، في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين، في توصيات الأمين العام في هذا الشأن.

Having considered the report of the Secretary General on the subject;
وبعد الإطلاع على تقرير الأمين العام في هذا الشأن:

Noting the recommendation of the Secretary-General on this matter,

By its resolution 52/12 B, the General Assembly decided to examine a recommendation by the Secretary-General in this regard.
وقررت الجمعية العامة، بموجب قرارها ٥٢/١٢ باء، أن تبحث توصية قدمها اﻷمين العام في هذا الشأن.

The subsequent report of the Secretary-General (A/C.5/50/18) included the full text of a review commissioned to a consulting actuary and the recommendations of the Secretary-General in this regard.

68. On the regular programme of technical cooperation, the regional commissions agreed on the need to improve the management, accountability, monitoring and performance reporting of the programme, guided by the report of the Secretary-General on this matter (A/59/397).
68 - وفيما يتعلق بالبرنامج العادي للتعاون التقني، اتفقت اللجان الإقليمية على ضرورة تحسين الإدارة والمساءلة والرصد والإبلاغ عن أداء البرنامج، مع الاسترشاد بتقرير الأمين العام في هذا الشأن (A/59/397).
