These General Regulations shall enter into force as soon as they are communicated to the parties.
المادة ٢٧: تدخل هذه اﻷنظمة العامة حيز النفاذ بمجرد تبليغها الى الطرفين.

The organization and proper conduct of the referendum until the results are proclaimed by the Special Representative, in accordance with the settlement plan and these General Regulations.
- تنظيم الاستفتاء وحسن سيره الى أن يعلن الممثل الخاص النتائج، وفقا لخطة التسوية ولهذه اﻷنظمة العامة.

Regulation 25. The rules and decisions of the Special Representative, the instructions of the Identification Commission and the opinions, recommendations and instructions of the Referendum Commission shall conform to these General Regulations.
المادة ٢٥: تكون قواعد وقرارات الممثل الخاص، وتعليمات لجنة تحديد الهوية، وآراء وتوصيات وتعليمات لجنة الاستفتاء مطابقة لهذه اﻷنظمة العامة.

101. In addition to General Regulations on gender equality, the special measures have contributed to easing difficulties for disadvantaged women and positively protected mothers before, during and after their pregnancy and maternity period.
١٠١ - وباﻹضافة إلى اﻷنظمة العامة فيما يتعلق بالمساواة بين الجنسين، أسهمت التدابير الخاصة في تخفيف الصعوبات أمام المرأة المحرومة ووفرت حماية إيجابية لﻷم قبل فترة حملها وأمومتها وأثناءها وبعدها.

The Committee approved the draft General Regulations and the draft General Assembly resolution (see E/1995/14 and Add.1).
وقد وافقت اللجنة على مشروع اﻷنظمة العامة ومشروع قرار الجمعية العامة )انظر E/1995/14 و Add.1(.

3. Any Saharan meeting any of the above criteria must be 18 years of age or over on the closing date for inclusion in the voters list, which date shall be established by the Special Representative in accordance with regulation 13 of the General Regulations.
٣ - على كل صحراوي يُنطبق عليه أحد هذه المعايير المذكورة أعلاه أن يكون قد بلغ ١٨ عاما أو أكثر في ختام المهلة المحددة للقيد في جداول الناخبين الذي سيحددها الممثل الخاص طبقا للمادة ١٣ من اﻷنظمة العامة. المعيار اﻷول

28. Recourse procedures will be established, in accordance with paragraph 23 (b), of document S/22464 and regulation 15 of the General Regulations.
٢٨ - توضع اجراءات للطعن، وفقا للفقرة ٢٣ )ب( من الوثيقة S/22464 والمادة ١٥ من اﻷنظمة العامة.

These Regulations shall be called " General Regulations for the Organization and conduct of the Referendum in Western Sahara " .
المادة ٣: تسمى هذه اﻷنظمة " اﻷنظمة العامة لتنظيم الاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية وإجرائه " .

Any serious implementation difficulty or divergence of views concerning the interpretation of the settlement plan or these General Regulations that may arise between the authorities of the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara and the parties or one of the parties shall be settled by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, after recourse to the Special Representative.
المادة ٢٦: يسوي اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة أي مشكلة جدية في تنفيذ خطة التسوية أو هذه اﻷنظمة العامة أو أي اختلاف في تفسيرهما بين سلطات بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية والطرفين أو أحدهما، بعد اللجوء الى الممثل الخاص.

25. The first chapter of the draft Code of Administrative Offences is entitled " General Regulations " .
٢٥- ويدعى الفصل اﻷول من مشروع قانون المخالفات الادارية " اﻷنظمة العامة " .

The Committee further agreed that the Working Group would also consider necessary changes in the General Regulations of the Programme that would arise from the move from the present project-based approach to a country-based programme approach as set out in General Assembly resolution 47/199 of 22 December 1992.

The revised General Regulations (see E/1995/14, annex I) entered into force on 1 January 1996.
وقد دخلت اﻷنظمة العامة المنقحة )انظر E/1995/14، المرفق اﻷول( حيز النفاذ في ١ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٦.

By its decision 1997/217, the Council took note of the note by the Secretary-General transmitting the report of the Executive Board of the World Food Programme on the revision of the General Regulations of the Programme, endorsed the revisions and decided to transmit them to the General Assembly for consideration at its fifty-second session.
أحاط المجلس علما، في مقرره ١٩٩٧/٢١٧، بمذكرة اﻷمين العام التي يحيل بها تقرير المجلس التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي عن تنقيح اﻷنظمة العامة للبرنامج، وأقر التنقيحات وقرر إحالتها إلى الجمعية العامة لكي تنظر فيها في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.

400. In the current approaches to development it is acknowledged that public regulation and State-led policies still represent contributions to the development process that are unique, necessary and indispensable (Guimarães, 1996).
400 - وهناك إقرار في النُهج الحالية للتنمية بأن الأنظمة العامة والسياسات التي تنهجها الدولة ما زالا يسهمان في عملية التنمية ويتسمان بسمات فريدة وضرورية ولا غنى عنهما (Guimaraes, 1996).
