The instruments of privatization are the Compte des Terrains Urbains, the Direction des Ventes Immobilières, private firms and financial institutions, the National Housing Bank (BHCI) and Compte de Mobilisation pour l̓Habitat (CDMH), as well as special fiscal incentives to make housing produced by private firms more accessible.
