37. In its resolution 66/258, the General Assembly urged the Secretary-General to accelerate his efforts to manage the costs pertaining to the early termination of the swing spaces with a view to optimizing the rental contracts during their renegotiation, as much as possible, and to report thereon to the Assembly in the context of the tenth annual progress report, including detailed information about contract duration and rental payments.
37 - حثت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 66/258، الأمين العام على أن يعجل ببذل الجهود من أجل إدارة تكاليف إخلاء أماكن الإيواء المؤقت في وقت مبكر بهدف التوصل، قدر الإمكان، إلى عقود إيجار بأفضل الشروط لدى إعادة التفاوض بشأنها وأن يقدم معلومات بناء على ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة في سياق التقرير المرحلي السنوي العاشر، بما في ذلك معلومات مفصلة عن مدد العقود والمبالغ المسددة.

The Committee recommends that the Secretary-General be requested to work with host countries to obtain the most favourable conditions for the premises.
