ملاحظة: في ١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٢، أودع لدى منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي إعلان مؤرخ في ١٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٨٢ يفيد بأن أحكام الاتفاقية تسري أيضا على أنغيلا.

Several responses reported that the provisions of the Convention had priority or that, lacking express regulation in the domestic legislation, the provisions of the Convention applied exclusively.
وأفادت عدة ردود بأن أحكام الاتفاقية لها الأولوية أو أنه، عند عدم وجود تنظيم صريح في التشريع الوطني، تنطبق أحكام الاتفاقية حصرا.

3. Considering that there is no information that the provisions of the Convention have been directly applied by the courts, please provide information on the reasons that may explain this situation.

4. Considering that there is no information that the provisions of the Convention have been directly applied by the courts, please provide information on the reasons that may explain this situation.
4 - نظرا لعدم وجود أي معلومات تفيد بأن أحكام الاتفاقية تطبّق بشكل مباشر من قبل المحاكم، يرجى تقديم معلومات عن الأسباب التي يمكن أن تعلل هذا الوضع.

The Government of Norway has examined the contents of the reservation made by Pakistan, by which Pakistan expresses that " The provisions of the Convention shall be interpreted in the light of the principles of Islamic laws and values " .
ودرست حكومة النرويج التحفظ الذي أبدته جمهورية باكستان وأعربت فيه عن رأيها بأن أحكام الاتفاقية سوف تفسر في ضوء مبادىء القوانين والقيم الاسلامية.

6.1 On 10 April 2013, the State party challenged the authors' contention that it had claimed that the provisions of the Convention had direct effect only if they did not require further implementation.

(25) The Committee is concerned at the information that the provisions of the Convention are not always respected in expulsion/deportation procedures, including due to the fact that:
