21 - يعيد تأكيد ضرورة أن يتابع الأمين العام، عن طريق عمليتين منفصلتين، ما أسفرت عنه القمة العالمية من نتائج فيما يتصل بإدارة الإنترنت، وتحديدا العملية المتوخى منها تعزيز التعاون وعقد منتدى إدارة الإنترنت، ويسلم بأن العمليتين يمكن أن تكمل إحداهما الأخرى؛

Recognizes that the Internet governance-related outcomes of the World Summit, namely, the process towards enhanced cooperation and the convening of the Internet Governance Forum, are to be pursued by the Secretary-General of the United Nations through two distinct processes and also recognizes that the two processes may be complementary;
21 - يسلّم بأن من المتعين على الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يبذل مساعيه بشأن نتيجتيّ القمة العالمية المتصلتين بإدارة الإنترنت، وهما العملية الهادفة إلى تعزيز التعاون وعقد منتدى إدارة الإنترنت، وذلك بواسطة عمليتين منفصلتين، ويسلّم أيضاً بأن العمليتين يمكن أن تكمل كل منهما الأخرى؛
