10. With regard to the topic of the obligation to extradite or prosecute (aut dedere aut judicare), the Nordic countries shared the Special Rapporteur's view that the duty to cooperate in the fight against impunity underpinned the obligation to extradite or prosecute and trusted that the Sixth Committee's work on the topic would be guided by the common aim of combating impunity, which was a key policy objective of their Governments.
