At its thirty-ninth meeting, the Implementation Committee recalled this recommendation and, by recommendation 39/14, urged the Federated States of Micronesia to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/17 no later than 29 February 2008.
وأشارت لجنة التنفيذ بالذكر في اجتماعها التاسع والثلاثين إلى هذه التوصية، وحثت ولايات ميكرونيزيا الموحدة، بمقتضى التوصية 39/14، بأن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصية 38/17 في موعد غايته 29 شباط/فبراير 2008.

Noting with concern that Botswana has not responded to the request of the thirty-eighth meeting of the Implementation Committee, recorded in recommendation 38/7, to submit to the Ozone Secretariat information to clarify the operation of its licensing system with respect to the control of exports of methyl bromide and the control of the import and export of mixtures containing methyl bromide,

Noting with appreciation that Chile has responded to the request by the thirty-eighth meeting of the Implementation Committee, recorded in recommendation 38/8, to submit to the Ozone Secretariat an update on its progress in introducing an import quota system and implementing alternatives to methyl chloroform in the solvent sector pursuant to its commitments contained in decision XVII/29,

The Committee therefore agreed to remind Ethiopia to submit to the Ozone Secretariat its data for the year 2007 in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the Protocol, preferably no later than 1 September 2008, in order that, at its forty-first meeting, the Committee might assess the Party's compliance with its commitments contained in decision XIV/34.
128- ولذا اتفقت اللجنة على أن تذكر إثيوبيا بأن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون بياناتها عن عام 2007 وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في موعد غايته أول أيلول/سبتمبر 2008، حتى تقوم اللجنة في اجتماعها الحادي والأربعين بتقييم امتثال الطرف لالتزاماته الواردة في المقرر 14/34.

At its thirty-ninth meeting, the Implementation Committee recalled this recommendation and, by recommendation 39/14, urged the Federated States of Micronesia to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/17 no later than 29 February 2008.
وأشارت لجنة التنفيذ في اجتماعها التاسع والثلاثين إلى هذه التوصية، وحثت ولايات ميكرونيزيا الموحدة، بمقتضى التوصية 39/14، بأن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصية 38/17 في موعد غايته 29 شباط/فبراير 2008.

(ج) تذكّر بنغلاديش بأن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون بياناتها عن سنة 2007 تبعاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، ويفضل أن يتم ذلك في موعد غايته أول أيلول/سبتمبر 2008، حتى تقوم اللجنة في اجتماعها الحادي والأربعين بتقييم امتثال الطرف لالتزامه بشأن استهلاك كلوروفورم الميثيل الوارد في المقرر 17/27.

50 - وبذلك اتفقت اللجنة على أن تذّكر ألبانيا بأن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون بياناتها عن عام 2007 وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في موعد غايته أول أيلول/سبتمبر 2008، حتى تقوم اللجنة في اجتماعها الحادي والأربعين بتقييم امتثال الطرف لتدابير الرقابة على استهلاك مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية الواردة في البروتوكول؛
