Under the circumstances, and pending submission of a comprehensive report by the Secretary-General in September, the Advisory Committee recommends that the Fifth Committee inform the General Assembly that, should the Assembly adopt draft resolution A/47/L.56, an amount of up to $19,112,600 would be required for the objects of expenditure outlined in paragraph 10 of the Secretary-General's statement.

The Advisory Committee recommended that the Committee should inform the General Assembly that, should it adopt draft resolution A/64/L.27, an additional appropriation of $1,949,900 gross ($1,778,700 net) would be required under section 3 and section 28D of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2010-2011.
