The United Nations Development Assistance Framework Kenya 2009-2013 (UNDAF) indicated that Kenya has defined the goal for 2012 as being to enact and operationalize the necessary framework for implementing the strategies on rule of law, electoral and political processes, democracy and public service delivery, transparency and accountability, public administration and service delivery, security, peace-building and conflict management.
11- وأفاد إطار عمل الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة الإنمائية للفترة 2009-2013 في كينيا بأن كينيا حددت الهدف لعام 2012 بأنه وضع وتفعيل الإطار اللازم لتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المتعقلة بسيادة القانون، والعمليات الانتخابية والسياسية، والديمقراطية، والشفافية والقابلية للمساءلة، والإدارة العامة وتوفير الخدمات، والأمن، وبناء السلم، وإدارة المنازعات(27).
