1. Invites Parties and others to submit to the Secretariat, by 31 December 2003, any comments or information relating to the following questions and issues:
1 - يدعو الأطراف وغيرها إلى تزويد الأمانة في موعد أقصاه 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003 بأية تعليقات أو معلومات تتصل بالأسئلة والقضايا التالية:

1. After examining the findings of its designated members submitted to it in accordance with rule 84, paragraph 1, the Committee shall transmit, through the Secretary-General, these findings to the State party concerned, together with any comments or suggestions that it deems appropriate.
1- بعد دراسة النتائج المقدمة من أعضاء اللجنة المعينين وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 84 من هذا النظام الداخلي، تحيل اللجنة، عن طريق الأمين العام، هذه النتائج إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية، مشفوعة بأية تعليقات أو اقتراحات تراها مناسبة.

4. After examining the findings of such an inquiry, the Committee shall transmit without delay these findings to the State party concerned, together with any comments and recommendations.
4- بعد بحث استنتاجات هذا التحري، تقوم اللجنة دون تأخير بإحالة هذه الاستنتاجات إلى الدولة الطرف المعنية، مشفوعة بأية تعليقات وتوصيات.
