In that resolution, the Conference decided that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the prevention of corruption.
4- وقرّر المؤتمر في ذلك القرار أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية عمله المتعلق بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته في مجال منع الفساد.

2. Decides that the Working Group shall continue its work, according to its mandate as set out in Conference resolution 1/4, to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the return of proceeds of corruption, including the consideration of any further proposals, should the Working Group deem it appropriate;
2- يقرّر أن يواصل الفريق العامل عمله، وفقا لولايته المبيّنة في قرار المؤتمر 1/4، بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته فيما يتعلق بإرجاع عائدات الفساد، بما في ذلك النظر في أي اقتراحات إضافية إذا رأى الفريق العامل ذلك مناسبا؛

٥٧ - وقد قام مكتب الشؤون القانونية بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى اﻹدارات التنفيذية بشأن التفاوض على الترتيبات القانونية المناسبة لعمليات حفظ السلام، وإجراءات اﻹنفاذ وبعثات المساعي الحميدة وبشأن إعدادها، وذلك أساسا عن طريق التفاوض على اتفاقات مركز القوات وتبادل الرسائل ومذكرات التفاهم وإبرامها.

(d) International and regional action. The United Nations International Drug Control Programme and other relevant international and regional organizations to provide guidance and assistance to those requesting it and to set up a database on national drug control strategies.

3- وقرَّر المؤتمر، في قراره 4/4 أيضاً، أن يواصل الفريق العامل عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسندة إليه بشأن استرجاع عائدات الفساد، وأن يعقد الفريق اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الخامسة، في حدود الموارد المتاحة. ثانياً- المسائل التنظيمية

2. Decides that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the Prevention of Corruption shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on the prevention of corruption and shall hold at least two meetings prior to the fifth session of the Conference, in 2013;
2- يقرِّر أن يواصل الفريقُ العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بمنع الفساد عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن منع الفساد، وأن يعقد اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الخامسة المقرّر عقدها في عام 2013؛

15. Decides that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with respect to the return of the proceeds of corruption and shall hold at least two meetings prior to the fifth session of the Conference, within existing resources;
15- يقرِّر أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باسترداد الموجودات عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن استرجاع عائدات الفساد، وأن يعقد الفريق اجتماعين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الخامسة، في حدود الموارد القائمة؛

9- يقرر أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية عمله المتعلق بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته في مجال تقديم المساعدة التقنية، ويؤكد مجددا أن على الفريق العامل أن يجتمع خلال دورة المؤتمر الثالثة وأن يعقد، حسب الاقتضاء وفي حدود الموارد المتاحة، اجتماعين بين الدورتين على الأقل وذلك قبل دورة المؤتمر الثالثة؛

38. Decides that the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Asset Recovery shall continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with respect to the return of the proceeds of corruption and shall hold at least two meetings prior to the sixth session of the Conference of the States Parties, within existing resources and consistent with its workplan;
38- يقرِّر أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني باسترداد الموجودات عمله بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ الولاية المسنَدة إليه بشأن إرجاع عائدات الفساد، وأن يعقد الفريق اجتماعين على الأقل قبل الدورة السادسة لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف، في حدود الموارد المتاحة، وبما يتماشى مع خطة عمله؛

In its resolution 2/4, the Conference decided that the Working Group should continue its work to advise and assist the Conference in the implementation of its mandate on technical assistance, and reaffirmed that the Working Group should meet during the third session of the Conference and, as appropriate and within existing resources, should hold at least two intersessional meetings prior to the third session of the Conference.
وقرّر المؤتمر، في قراره 2/4، أن يواصل الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية عمله المتعلق بإسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر في تنفيذ ولايته في مجال تقديم المساعدة التقنية، وأكد من جديد أنه ينبغي للفريق العامل أن يجتمع خلال دورة المؤتمر الثالثة، وأن يعقد، حسب الاقتضاء وفي حدود الموارد المتاحة، اجتماعين بين الدورتين على الأقل قبل دورة المؤتمر الثالثة.
