وهذا ما أعلنه بفصاحة نظيري اليوناني، جورج باباندريو باﻷمس في الجمعية العامة ونرجو أن ينال المشروع تأييد اﻷعضاء.

Finally, allow me to conclude my statement with a quotation from the address by Foreign Minister Papandreou of Greece in this year's general debate:
وأخيراً، اسمحوا لي أن أختتم بياني باقتباس من خطاب وزير خارجية اليونان باباندريو في المناقشة العامة هذا العام:

He stated that Greece would first have to lift the measures announced by Prime Minister Papandreou on 16 February.
وأعلن أن اليونان ينبغي عليها أولا أن تلغي التدابير التي أعلنها رئيس الوزراء باباندريو في ٦١ شباط/فبراير.

The Mitsotakis Government officially demanded the autonomy of " northern Epirus " , as they call the south of Albania; the Papandreou Government declares that it has incorporated the south of our country in Greek defence planning.
وقد طلبت حكومة ميتسوتاكيس رسميا منح الحكم الذاتي لمنطقة ابيروس الشمالية، وهو الاسم الذي يطلقونه على جنـــوب البانيــا؛ كما أعلنت حكومة باباندريو انها أدرجت جنوب بلدنـــا في خطط الدفاع اليونانية.

This positive, spontaneous development was the result of the awareness of Foreign Ministers Papandreou and Cem that the ongoing harm being caused by the earlier mistrust was not acceptable.
وكان هذا التطور الإيجابي التلقائي نتيجة لإدراك وزيري الخارجية باباندريو وسيم أن الضرر المستمر الذي أدى إليه انعدام الثقة في الماضي لم يكن مقبولا.

1. The Council heard reports by Foreign Minister Papandreou and High Representative Solana on their visit to the region.

Indeed, Prime Minister Papandreou had already made a statement to that effect on 5 March 1993, while he was in the opposition.

38. At the 3rd meeting, on 1 February 1994, Mr. Georges Papandreou, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Greece, addressed the Commission on behalf of the European Union.

The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of South-East European countries, Ismail Cern, Aleksandar Dimitrov, Nadezhda Mihaylova, Paskal Milo and George Papandreou, as well as Eugen Dijmarescu, State Secretary for European Affairs, met in Ohrid, on 14 July 2000, at the annual ministerial meeting of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP).

Greek search-and-rescue workers, medical provisions and mobile medical units, responding to an urgent call from the Turkish authorities, were among the first to arrive — in Bolu, last Saturday — after a new, devastating earthquake hit our neighbouring country. The same day, immediately after the earthquake struck, the Turkish Foreign Minister, Mr. Ismail Cem, spoke on the phone with his Greek counterpart, Mr. George Papandreou.
واستجابة إلى نداء عاجل من السلطات التركية، كان عمال البحث واﻹغاثة واﻹمدادات الطبية والوحدات الطبية المتحركة المرسلة من اليونان من بين أول ما وصل إلى بولو في يوم السبت الماضي بعد أن أصيب ذلك البلد المجاور لنا بزلزال مدمر جديد، وفي اليوم ذاته، وبعد الزلزال مباشرة، اتصل هاتفيا وزير خارجية تركيا، السيد اسماعيل جيم بنظيره اليوناني، السيد جورج باباندريو.
