At that twenty-sixth session, on the basis of a note on possible future work on the procurement of services prepared by the Secretariat (A/CN.9/378/Add.1), the Commission agreed to undertake work in the area and entrusted the preparation of draft model legislative provisions on the procurement of services to the Working Group.
