1. Decides to amend article 12 and article 13 quater of the Statute of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and to replace those articles with the provisions set out in the annex to this resolution;
1 - يقرر تعديل المادة 12 والمادة 13 مكررا ثالثا من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والاستعاضة عن هاتين المادتين بالأحكام الواردة في مرفق هذا القرار؛

" 5. Decides to amend article 11, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Statute of the International Tribunal for Rwanda and to replace those paragraphs with the provisions set out in the annex to the present resolution;
" 5 - يقرر تعديل الفقرتين 1 و 2 من المادة 11 من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا والاستعاضة عن هاتين الفقرتين بالأحكام الواردة في مرفق هذا القرار.

5 - يقرر أيضا تعديل الفقرتين 1 و 2 من المادة 11 من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة والاستعاضة عن هاتين الفقرتين بالأحكام الواردة في مرفق هذا القرار؛

5. Decides also, without prejudice to the provisions of resolution 1800 (2008), to amend article 12, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the statute of the International Tribunal and to replace those paragraphs with the provisions set out in the annex to the present resolution;
5 - يقرر أيضا، دون الإخلال بأحكام القرار 1800 (2008)، تعديل الفقرتين 1 و 2 من المادة 12 من النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الدولية والاستعاضة عن هاتين الفقرتين بالأحكام الواردة في مرفق هذا القرار؛

5. Decides, without prejudice to the provisions of resolution 1800 (2008) of 20 February 2008, to amend article 12, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Statute of the Tribunal and to replace those paragraphs with the provisions set out in the annex to this resolution;
