In terms of future work in the field of commercial dispute settlement, the Commission had taken note of the Working Group's suggestion that, once the consideration of existing projects had been concluded, primary consideration might be given to the issues of arbitrability of intra-corporate disputes and other issues relating to arbitrability.
وفيما يتعلق بالأعمال المقبلة في ميدان تسوية المنازعات التجارية، أحاطت اللجنة علماً باقتراح الفريق العامل ومفاده أنه يمكن إيلاء اهتمام رئيسي بمجرد انتهاء النظر في المشاريع الحالية، إلى مسائل قابلية المنازعات فيما بين المؤسسات للتحكيم والمسائل الأخرى المتعلقة بالقابلية للتحكيم.

30. The Chair invited the Rapporteur to introduce the section of the draft report of the Commission on the work of its forty-fifth session relating to future work in the area of public procurement and related areas.

7. With respect to future work in the area of development indicators, it is suggested in E/CN.3/2004/24 that the Commission invite its Advisory Committee on Indicators to further review indicators in the areas of information and communication technologies and HIV/AIDS.

In relation to future work in the field of dispute settlement to be considered by the Commission at its forty-seventh session, the Working Group reiterated its understanding that it would commence work on the revision of the Notes on Organizing Arbitral Proceedings at its sixty-first session.
147- فيما يتعلق بالأعمال المقبلة في مجال تسوية المنازعات، التي ستنظر اللجنة فيها أثناء انعقاد دورتها السابعة والأربعين، عاود الفريق العامل تأكيد فهمه المتمثِّل في أنه سيشرع أثناء دورته الحادية والستين في عمل يتعلق بتنقيح الملحوظات الخاصة بتنظيم إجراءات التحكيم.

The Commission agreed on the importance of the proposals relating to future work in the fields of electronic transferable records and of online dispute resolution to promote electronic commerce, for the reasons expressed in the proposals submitted to the Commission.
341- واتفقت اللجنة على ما للمقترحات المتعلقة بالأعمال المقبلة في مجالي السجلات القابلة للإحالة بالوسائل الإلكترونية وتسوية النـزاعات بالاتصال الحاسوبي المباشر من أهمية لتعزيز التجارة الإلكترونية، وذلك للأسباب الواردة في المقترحات المقدَّمة إلى اللجنة.

81. With respect to future work in the field of secured financing law, the Commission noted that intellectual property rights (e.g. copyrights, patents or trademarks) were increasingly becoming an extremely important source of credit and should not be excluded from a modern secured transactions law.
81- ولاحظت اللجنة، فيما يتعلق بالأعمال المقبلة في ميدان قانون التمويل المضمون، أن حقوق الملكية الفكرية (مثل حقوق التأليف والنشر، أو براءات الاختراع، أو العلامات التجارية) متجهة بصورة متزايدة إلى أن تصبح مصدراً بالغ الأهمية للائتمان وينبغي ألاّ تستبعد من قانون عصري ينظم المعاملات المضمونة.

The Commission also requested the Secretariat to organize a colloquium on intellectual property financing ensuring to the maximum extent possible the participation of relevant international organizations and experts from various regions of the world. With respect to future work in the field of settlement of commercial disputes, the Commission recalled that the issue of arbitrability and online dispute resolution should be maintained by the Working Group on its agenda, as decided by the Commission at its thirty-ninth session. 316- وفيما يتعلق بالأعمال المقبلة في ميدان تسوية النـزاعات التجارية، استذكرت اللجنة أن مسألة القابلية للتحكيم وتسوية النـزاعات بالاتصال الحاسوبي المباشر ينبغي أن يحتفظ بها الفريق العامل على جدول أعماله وفق ما قرّرته اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين. With respect to future work in the field of settlement of commercial disputes, the Commission had before it two notes entitled " Possible future work in the field of settlement of commercial disputes " (A/CN.9/610 and Corr.1) and " Possible future work in the field of settlement of commercial disputes: revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules " (A/CN.9/610/Add.1).
