Some months ago, we did the same with regard to the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.

Regarding the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, there are problems of compatibility between the Convention and European Community law.
وفيما يتصل بالاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، هناك مشاكل في التطابق بين الاتفاقية وقانون الجماعة الأوروبية.

83. Concerning the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, Slovenia stated that it was still considering ratification.
83- وفيما يتعلق بالاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، أشارت سلوفينيا إلى أنها ما زالت تنظر في التوقيع عليها.

2. With regard to the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, however, major legal obstacles connected with the European Community's competence in matters relating to migrant workers currently preclude ratification by Luxembourg.
