In the light of its general comment No. 5 (2003) on general measures of implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Committee urges the State party to expeditiously complete and implement its data collection system (SIENNA).

18- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف، في ضوء تعليقها العام رقم 5 (2003) المتعلق بالتدابير العامة لتنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، على الإسراع في تحسين نظامها الخاص بجمع البيانات.

The Committee recommends that the State Party take guidance from its General comment No. 5 (2003) on the general measures of implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC/GC/2003/5).
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تسترشد بالتعليق العام للجنة رقم 5(2003) المتعلق بالتدابير العامة لتنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل (CRC/GC/2003/5).

In this context, the Committee draws the attention of the State party to general comment No.5 (2003) on general measures of implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
وفي هذا السياق، توجه اللجنة انتباه الدولة الطرف إلى التعليق العام رقم 5(2003) الخاص بالتدابير العامة لتنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

(8) The Committee urges the State party to adopt a revised LOPNA as soon as possible, to ensure that it complies with the Convention taking into account, in particular, its general comment No. 5 (2003) on general measures of implementation of the Convention, and to use the opportunity of reform to strengthen protection and participation for children.
(8) تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تعتمد قانون حماية الأطفال والمراهقين بعد تنقيحه في أقرب وقت ممكن، وأن تكفل امتثاله للاتفاقية آخذة في اعتبارها، بصفة خاصة، التعليق العام للجنة رقم 5(2003) المتعلق بالتدابير العامة لتنفيذ الاتفاقية، واغتنام فرصة التنقيح لتعزيز حماية الأطفال ومشاركتهم.

The Committee recommends that in formulating such policy and plans, appropriate attention be paid to the outcome document of the 2002 Special Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations " A world fit for children " and its mid-term review in 2007, and to its General comment No. 5 of 2003 on the general measures of implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
وتوصي اللجنة بإيلاء الاهتمام المناسب أثناء وضع هذه السياسة والخطط للوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم يليق بالأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في الدورة الاستثنائية المعقودة في عام 2002، واستعراض منتصف المدة الذي أجرته في عام 2007، والتعليق العام للجنة رقم 5 الصادر في عام 2003 المتعلق بالتدابير العامة لتنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

16. Recalling its general comment No. 5 (2003) on general measures of implementation of the Convention, the Committee urges the State party to establish a comprehensive and integrated system to collect data on children covering all Länder and the entire period of childhood up to the age of 18, and to introduce indicators on children's rights which could be used to analyse and assess progress in the realization of those rights.
16- إذ تشير اللجنة إلى تعليقها العام رقم 5(2003) المتعلق بالتدابير العامة لتنفيذ الاتفاقية، فإنها تحث الدولة الطرف على إنشاء نظام شامل ومتكامل لجمع بيانات عن الأطفال على نحو يشمل جميع الولايات ومرحلة الطفولة كلها حتى سن 18 عاماً، وعلى وضع مؤشرات عن حقوق الطفل يمكن أن تستخدم لتحليل وتقييم التقدم المحرز في إعمال تلك الحقوق.
