In fulfilling its obligations under this Protocol each High Contracting Party has the right to seek and to receive technical and other assistance, where feasible, from other High Contracting Parties.
1- يحق لكل من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، في وفائه بالتزاماته بموجب هذا البروتوكول أن يلتمس ويتلقى مساعدة تقنية وغيرها من المساعدة من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية الأخرى، حيثما كان ذلك ممكناً.
