(a) The pursuit of comprehensive strategies, in cooperation with States and organizations, aimed at both mitigating and preventing the causes of forced population movements as well as finding solutions to them when they occur;

4. Requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations, in collaboration with the States and organizations concerned and subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, to prepare a study on the extent of the phenomenon of trafficking in human organs for submission to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its fifteenth session.
4 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إعداد دراسة حول مدى ظاهرة الاتجار بالأعضاء البشرية، وذلك بالتعاون مع الدول والمنظمات المعنية، ورهنا بتوافر موارد من خارج الميزانية، لأجل تقديمها إلى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الخامسة عشرة.
