55 - وينبغي أن تتناول مداولات اللجنة الثانية بشأن بند جدول الأعمال المتعلق بالتنمية الزراعية والأمن الغذائي إصلاح الاقتصاد الغذائي والزراعي العالمي، وأن تأخذ في الحسبان أثر تغير المناخ، وبخاصة على صغار المزراعين والصيادين.

The General Assembly encouraged countries to give due consideration to implementing the Guidelines through the adoption of the resolution on agriculture development and food security (see A/67/443).
وشجّعت الجمعية العامة البلدان على إيلاء العناية الواجبة لتطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية من خلال اتخاذ القرار المتعلق بالتنمية الزراعية والأمن الغذائي (انظر الوثيقة A/67/443).

In this regard the Meeting welcomed the adoption of the General Assembly Resolution 63/235 titled " agriculture development and food security " which established an agenda item for the issue of food security, pursuant to the initiatives taken by Egypt, Indonesia and Chile to raise the political attention of agriculture development and food security in the United Nations.
ورحب في هذا الصدد بقرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 63/235 بعنوان " التنمية الزراعية والأمن الغذائي " الذي أدرج بندا في جدول الأعمال بشأن الأمن الغذائي وفقا للمبادرات التي اتخذتها كل من مصر وإندونيسيا وتشيلي لرفع مستوى الاهتمام السياسي بالتنمية الزراعية والأمن الغذائي في الأمم المتحدة.

33. Mr. Loayza Barea (Plurinational State of Bolivia), speaking as the main sponsor of the draft resolution, said that as the draft resolution would continue to be discussed in 2011 during the current session, his delegation requested that the agenda item on agriculture development and food security should remain open.
33 - السيد لوايزا باريا (دولة بوليفيا المتعددة القوميات): قال، متكلما بصفته المقدم الرئيسي لمشروع القرار، إنه في حين ستستمر مناقشة مشروع القرار في عام 2011 خلال الدورة الحالية، فإن وفده يطلب بقاء بند جدول الأعمال المتعلق بالتنمية الزراعية والأمن الغذائي مفتوحا.

The Assembly reiterated the need to adequately and urgently address agriculture development and food security in the context of national and international development policies; and requested the Secretary-General to submit to it at its sixty-fourth session a report on national, regional and international efforts within the context of the resolution (resolution 63/235).
وكررت الجمعية العامة التأكيد على ضرورة التصدي بصورة كافية وعاجلة للمسائل المتعلقة بالتنمية الزراعية والأمن الغذائي في سياق السياسات الإنمائية الوطنية والدولية؛ وطلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إليها في دورتها الرابعة والستين تقريرا عن الجهود المبذولة على كل من الصعيد الوطني والإقليمي والدولي في سياق هذا القرار (القرار 63/235).
