Concerning paragraph 3, it was observed that the provision set forth the rule which allowed States parties to recognize the offences set forth in article 2 as extraditable offences between them.
وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة ٣، لوحظ أن الحكم يورد القاعدة التي تتيح للدول اﻷطراف الاعتراف بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢ بوصفها جرائم توجب التسليم فيما بينها.

5. The provisions of all extradition treaties and arrangements between States Parties with regard to offences set forth in article 2 shall be deemed to be modified as between States Parties to the extent that they are incompatible with this Convention.
5 - أحكام جميع معاهدات وترتيبات تسليم المجرمين المبرمة فيما بين الدول الأطراف فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2، يُعتبر أنها قد عدلت فيما بين هذه الدول حيثما تكون تلك الأحكام متعارضة مع هذه الاتفاقية.

3. States Parties which do not make extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty shall recognize the offences set forth in article 2 as extraditable offences between themselves, subject to the conditions provided by the law of the requested State.
3 - تعترف الدول الأطراف التي لا تشترط لتسليم المجرمين وجود معاهدة فيما بينها بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2 بوصفها جرائم تستوجب تسليم المجرمين فيما بينها، رهنا بالشروط التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة المقدم إليها الطلب.

In respect of offences under article 70, no person shall be tried before the Court with respect to conduct which formed the basis of an offence for which the person has already been convicted or acquitted by the Court or another court.
فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 70، لا يحاكم أي شخص أمام المحكمة على سلوك شكل أساسا لجريمة أدين بارتكابها أو برئت ساحته منها من قِبل هذه المحكمة أو محكمة أخرى.

5. The provisions of all extradition treaties and arrangements between States Parties with regard to offences set forth in article 2 shall be deemed to be modified as between States Parties to the extent that they are incompatible with the present Convention.
5 - تعتبر أحكام جميع معاهدات وترتيبات تسليم المجرمين المبرمة فيما بين الدول الأطراف فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2، قد عدلت فيما بين هذه الدول الأطراف حيثما تكون تلك الأحكام متعارضة مع هذه الاتفاقية.

2. When a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, the requested State may, at its option, consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 2.
2 - حينما تتلقى دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، يجوز للدولة المطلوب منها التسليم أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية، إذا شاءت، أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2.

2. When a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, the requested State Party may, at its option, consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 2.
٢ - حينما تتلقى دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، يجوز للدولة المطلوب منها التسليم أن تعتبــر هــذه الاتفاقيــة، إذا شاءت، أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢.

3. States Parties which do not make extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty shall recognize the offences set forth in article 2 as extraditable offences between themselves, subject to the conditions provided by the law of the requested State.
٣ - تعترف الدول اﻷطراف التي لا تشترط لتسليم المجرمين وجود معاهدة بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢ كجرائم تستوجب تسليم المجرمين فيما بينها، رهنا بالشروط التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة المقدم إليها الطلب.

When a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, the requested State Party may, at its option, consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 2.

٢ - إذا تلقت دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة، طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، جاز للدولة المطلوب منها التسليم أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية، إذا شاءت، أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢.

If a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, such a request shall constitute a sufficient legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 2.
٢ - إذا تلقت دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة، طلبا للتسليم من دولة طـرف أخــرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، فإن ذلك الطلب يشكل أساسا قانونيا كافيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢.

2 - حينما تتلقى دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرمين وجود معاهدة طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، يجوز للدولة المقدم إليها الطلب أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية، إذا شاءت، أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2.

Mrs. Farida Rahat, wife of Sheikh Muhammad Yusuf Zuhr, Mrs. Sheikh Muhammad Aslam and Amtullah Salam were among several women members of the Ahmadi community who were arrested in 1993 and charged with offences under section 295 C.
وكانت السيدة فريدة رحات، زوجة الشيخ محمد يوسف زهر، والسيدة شيخ محمد إسلام والسيدة أمتله سلام بين عدد من نساء الطائفة اﻷحمدية اللاتي ألقي القبض عليهن في عام ٣٩٩١ واتهمن بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٥٩٢ جيم.
