٣٨ - وألمح إلى ضرورة اشتمال معاهدات حقوق اﻹنسان على أحكام لتنظيم التحفظات المسموح بها لكي يتسنى تجنب مشاكل من قبيل المشكلة التي أثارتها إيران، التي تحفظت لدى انضمامها إلى اتفاقية حقوق الطفل بالحق في عدم تطبيق أي حكم في الاتفاقية لا يتفق مع الشريعة اﻹسلامية.
