51- وأحاط مجلس حقوق الإنسان علماً، في قراره 19/7، بالدراسة الأولية المذكورة أعلاه التي أعدتها اللجنة الاستشارية، وطلب أن تُعرض عليه الدراسة النهائية عن هذا الموضوع في دورته الثانية والعشرين.

26. In its resolution 19/7, the Human Rights Council took note of the above-mentioned preliminary study prepared by the Advisory Committee, and requested that the final study be presented to the Council at its twenty-second session.

74- أحاط المجلس علماً، في قراره 19/7، بالدراسة الأولية للجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان عن تعزيز حقوق الإنسان لفقراء المدن: الاستراتيجيات وأفضل الممارسات، وطلب أن تُعرض الدراسة النهائية بشأن ذلك الموضوع على المجلس في دورته الثانية والعشرين.

4. At its eighth session, the Advisory Committee adopted recommendation 8/6 by consensus, in which it took note of the comments and suggestions made during the discussions on the preliminary study prepared by Mr. Kartashkin, and requested the drafting group to submit a revised preliminary study to the Committee at its ninth session for further consideration.
4- واعتمدت اللجنة الاستشارية في دورتها الثامنة التوصية 8/6 بتوافق الآراء، وأحاطت فيها علماً بالتعليقات والاقتراحات المقدمة خلال المناقشات المتعلقة بالدراسة الأولية التي أعدها السيد كارتاشكين، وطلبت إلى فريق الصياغة أن يقدم إلى اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة دراسة أولية منقحة من أجل مواصلة النظر فيها.

3. Welcomes the preliminary study on severe malnutrition and childhood diseases, with children affected by Noma as an example (A/HRC/AC/7/CRP.2);
3- ترحب بالدراسة الأولية عن سوء التغذية الحاد وأمراض الطفولة، مع أخذ الأطفال المصابين بمرض آكلة الفم (النوما) كمثال (A/HRC/AC/7/CRP.2)؛

13. In resolution 16/7, the Human Rights Council also took note of the preliminary study on ways and means to further advance the rights of people working in rural areas, including women, in particular smallholders engaged in the production of food and/or other agricultural products, including from directly working the land, traditional fishing, hunting and herding activities.
13- وأحاط مجلس حقوق الإنسان علماً أيضاً، في قراره 16/2، بالدراسة الأولية المتعلقة بسبل ووسائل مواصلة النهوض بحقوق الأشخاص العاملين في المناطق الريفية، بمن فيهم النساء، ولا سيما صغار الملاك منهن المنتجات للأغذية و/أو خلافها من المنتجات الزراعية، بسبل منها فلاحة الأرض مباشرة أو ممارسة الصيد التقليدي أو أنشطة القنص والرعي.

18. Also at its seventh session, the Advisory Committee welcomed the preliminary study prepared by the drafting group on the right to food on severe malnutrition and childhood diseases, with children affected by noma as an example (A/HRC/AC/7/CRP.2).

52. Also takes note of the preliminary study on the promotion of human rights of the urban poor: strategies and best practices, prepared by the Advisory Committee, and requests that the final study on this topic be presented to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-second session;
52- يحيط علماً أيضاً بالدراسة الأولية بشأن تعزيز حقوق الإنسان للفقراء في المناطق الحضرية: الاستراتيجيات وأفضل الممارسات()، التي أعدتها اللجنة الاستشارية، ويطلب أن تُعرض الدراسة النهائية بشأن هذا الموضوع على مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الثانية والعشرين؛

3. At its eighth session, the Advisory Committee took note of the comments and suggestions made during the discussions on the preliminary study prepared by Mr. Kartashkin, and requested the drafting group to submit a revised preliminary study to the Committee at its ninth session for further consideration.

42. Acknowledges the work being carried out by the Advisory Committee on the right to food and, in that regard, welcomes its submission to the Council of the preliminary study on discrimination in the context of the right to food, including an identification of good practices of anti-discriminatory policies and strategies (A/HRC/13/32);
42- يقر بالعمل الذي تضطلع به في هذا الصدد اللجنة الاستشارية المعنية بالحق في الغذاء، ويرحب بإحاطتها المجلس علما بالدراسة الأولية المتعلقة بالتمييز في سياق إعمال الحق في الغذاء، التي تحدد ممارسات جيدة في مجال سياسات واستراتيجيات مكافحة التمييز في هذا الصدد (A/HRC/13/32)؛

The Committee also notes with appreciation the Baseline Study on the Human Rights Status in the Republic of Moldova carried out by the Coordinating Committee for the Development and Implementation of the National Human Rights Action Plan, with the support of UNDP and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, evaluating the compatibility of national legislation with international human rights standards.
كما تحيط اللجنة علماً مع التقدير " بالدراسة الأولية عن حالة حقوق الإنسان في جمهورية مولدوفا " ، وهي الدراسة التي اضطلعت بها لجنة التنسيق المعنية بوضع وتنفيذ خطة العمل الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، بدعم من برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان، لتقييم مدى توافق التشريعات الوطنية مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.
