86- فيما يتعلق بواجب الإشعار المنصوص عليه في الفقرة 13، أفادت غواتيمالا بأنها أبلغت الأمين العام بالسلطة المركزية التي عينتها لتتولى مسؤولية تلقي طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة.
