With respect to future work in the field of settlement of commercial disputes, the Commission recalled its earlier decision that the question of transparency in treaty-based investor-State arbitration should be dealt with as a matter of priority immediately after completion of the current revision of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, as decided by the Commission at its forty-first session (see para. 290 above).
