CLADEM-Peru reported that, in the past seven years, the policy to combat violence against women and the " Women's Emergency Centre " services have been cut back, and the National Programme to Combat domestic and sexual violence (PNCVFS) established in 2001 to devise and implement prevention, care and support activities and policies at the national level for persons affected by acts of domestic and/or sexual violence has been discontinued.
6- وأشارت لجنة أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي للدفاع عن حقوق المرأة في بيرو أيضاً إلى تراجع السياسات الخاصة بمكافحة العنف ضد المرأة وخدمات مراكز الطوارئ الخاصة بالمرأة في السنوات السبع الأخيرة وإلى إلغاء البرنامج الوطني لمكافحة العنف المنزلي والجنسي الذي وضع في عام 2001 من أجل تنفيذ أنشطة وسياسات تركز على حماية الأشخاص المعنيين بالعنف المنزلي والجنسي وتقديم المساعدة لهم على الصعيد الوطني.
