195- وتشعر اللجنة بالقلق كذلك إزاء ارتفاع معدل الأمية بين النساء، وعدم تمتع النساء بالمساواة مع الرجل في فرص التعليم والتوظف، وتمكين الأزواج من استصدار أمر من المحكمة لمنع زوجاتهم من الاشتغال في بعض الأعمال.

The Committee is furthermore concerned by the absence of prompt, thorough, independent and effective investigations into allegations of torture committed by security and law enforcement officers which are required by article 12 of the Convention and at the pattern of failure to conduct these.
