26. With regard to Afghan Refugees in Afghanistan, UNHCR was sparing no effort to manage the situation, especially in facilitating the return of Pashtuns and in resolving the problems related to refugee camps emphasized by the delegation of Pakistan.

I also travelled to the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan to meet with Afghan Refugees at the Shamshatoo refugee camp near Peshawar to assure them that the United Nations was committed to providing the assistance that they and other Afghan Refugees so desperately needed.
كما سافرت إلى مقاطعة الحدود الشمالية الغربية الباكستانية للالتقاء باللاجئين الأفغان المقيمين بمخيم شامشاتو للاجئين بالقرب من بيشاور، وذلك لطمأنتهم إلى أن الأمم المتحدة ملتزمة بتوفيـــــر المساعــــدة التي يحتاجون إليها، هم وسواهم من اللاجئين الأفغان، بصورة ماسة.

The outcome of the International Conference on the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to Support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries, held in Geneva in May 2012, should be a starting point for an orderly and swift repatriation of Afghan Refugees.
وينبغي أن تشكل نتائج المؤتمر الدولي المعني باستراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية إلى الوطن وإعادة الإدماج الدائم وتقديم المساعدة للدول المضيفة، الذي عقد في جنيف في أيار/مايو 2012، نقطة الانطلاق لعودة منظمة وسريعة للاجئين الأفغان إلى بلدهم.

Implementation of the outcome of the International Conference on the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to Support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries could help the international community to find a way out of the biggest and longest-running refugee situation in recent history.
وقد تفضي نتائج المؤتمر الدولي المعني باستراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الإدماج الدائم وتقديم المساعدة للدول المضيفة إلى مساعدة المجتمع الدولي في إيجاد حل لأكبر وأطول حالة لاجئين في التاريخ الحديث.

40. Meanwhile, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Japanese authorities are preparing a parallel event on 7 July focused on the national reintegration strategy for Afghanistan, the Afghan component of the regional solutions strategy for Afghan Refugees.

On 30 April, a portfolio of projects proposed under the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to Support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries was launched in Pakistan by the Federal Minister for States and Frontier Regions and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
وفي باكستان في 30 نيسان/أبريل، أطلق الوزير الاتحادي لشؤون الولايات والمناطق الحدودية ومفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لشؤون اللاجئين مجموعة من المشاريع المقترحة في إطار استراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الإدماج على نحو مستام وتقديم المساعدة للبلدان المضيفة.

26. With the support of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and UNDP, representatives of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan met in Dubai from 29 to 31 January to discuss the quadripartite solutions strategy for Afghan Refugees.
26 - وبدعم من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، اجتمع ممثلون عن أفغانستان وباكستان وجمهورية إيران الإسلامية في دبي في الفترة من 29 إلى 31 كانون الثاني/يناير لمناقشة استراتيجية الحلول الرباعية الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان.

56. In Asia, UNHCR continues to work with concerned governments and partners to implement the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries.
56- وفي آسيا، تواصل المفوضية العمل مع الحكومات والجهات الشَريكة المعنية لتنفيذ استراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الإدماج على نحو مُستدام وتقديم المساعدة للبلدان المُضيفة.

50. In Asia, UNHCR continues to work with concerned governments and partners to implement the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries.
50- وفي آسيا، تواصل المفوضية العمل مع الحكومات المعنية وغيرها من الشركاء لتنفيذ " استراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم عودتهم الطوعية إلى الوطن وإعادة إدماجهم على نحو مستدام وتقديم المساعدة إلى البلدان المضيفة " .

We welcome the " Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to Support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries " , developed through consultations among the Governments of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as facilitated by UNHCR and endorsed in the joint communiqué of the conference held in Geneva on 2 and 3 May 2012.
ونرحب " باستراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الإدماج الدائم وتقديم المساعدة للدول المضيفة " ، والتي تمخضت عن المشاورات بين حكومات جمهورية أفغانستان الإسلامية وجمهورية إيران الإسلامية وجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، برعاية مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، وذلك على النحو الذي وردت به في البيان المشترك الصادر عن المؤتمر الذي عُقد في جنيف يومي 2 و 3 أيار/مايو 2012.

47. Together with the ministries of refugees and repatriation, rural development, agriculture and labour and social welfare, the United Nations is finalizing a joint voluntary return and reintegration programme for refugees, which will implement the Afghan component of the May 2012 solutions strategy for Afghan Refugees to support voluntary repatriation, sustainable reintegration and assistance to host countries.
47 - وبالاشتراك مع وزارات شؤون اللاجئين والإعادة إلى الوطن، والتنمية الريفية، والزراعة، والعمل والرعاية الاجتماعية، تعكف الأمم المتحدة حاليا على إتمام صوغ برنامج مشترك للعودة الطوعية للاجئين وإعادة إدماجهم. وسينفذ هذا البرنامج الجزء الأفغاني من " استراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الإدماج على نحو مستدام وتقديم المساعدة للدول المضيفة " الصادرة في أيار/مايو 2012.

The International Conference on the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to Support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries, held in May 2012, had resulted in guidelines for long-term support that would enhance the voluntary return of Afghan Refugees, with a focus on community-based development within the country, which had also received support during the recent Tokyo Conference on Afghanistan.
وقد أسفر المؤتمر الدولي المعني باستراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الإدماج على نحو مستدام وتقديم المساعدة للبلدان المضيفة، المعقود في أيار/مايو 2012، عن وضع مبادئ توجيهية لتقديم الدعم الطويل الأجل الذي سيعزز من العودة الطوعية للاجئين الأفغانستان، مع التركيز على التنمية المجتمعية داخل لالبلد، والتي تلقت أيضا الدعم خلال مؤتمر طوكيو المعني بأفغانستان الذي عقد مؤخرا.

78. Welcomes the holding of the International Conference on the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to Support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries in Geneva on 2 and 3 May 2012 and the joint communiqué of the Conference, aiming at increased sustainability of returns and continued support for host countries;
78 - ترحب بعقد المؤتمر الدولي المعني باستراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الإدماج على نحو مستدام وتقديم المساعدة للبلدان المضيفة في جنيف في 2 و 3 أيار/مايو 2012 وبالبيان المشترك الصادر عن المؤتمر الذي يهدف إلى جعل حالات العودة أكثر استدامة واستمرار تقديم الدعم للبلدان المضيفة؛

43. On 23 January, a quadripartite ministerial-level meeting of the Governments of Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan, together with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), was held in Abu Dhabi to oversee the implementation of the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to Support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries.
43 - في 23 كانون الثاني/يناير، عُقد في أبو ظبي اجتماع رباعي على مستوى الوزراء بين حكومات أفغانستان وجمهورية إيران الإسلامية وباكستان ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، وذلك للوقوف على تنفيذ استراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الإدماج على نحو مستدام وتقديم المساعدة للبلدان المضيفة.

His Government welcomed the outcome of the International Conference on the Solutions Strategy for Afghan Refugees to Support Voluntary Repatriation, Sustainable Reintegration and Assistance to Host Countries, which had taken place in Geneva in May 2012, and underscored the importance of fulfilling the obligations of international refugee law with respect to the protection of refugees.
وأعرب عن ترحيب حكومته بمحصلة المؤتمر الدولي المعني باستراتيجية الحلول الخاصة باللاجئين الأفغان لدعم العودة الطوعية وإعادة الاندماج على نحو مستدام وتقديم المساعدة للبلدان المضيفة، الذي عُقد في جنيف في أيار/مايو 2012، وأبرز أهمية الوفاء بالالتزامات التي يكفلها القانون الدولي للاجئين فيما يتصل بإسباغ الحماية عليهم.
