Decides, on a temporary basis, that in cases where a report has not been issued in all languages six weeks before the start of a session, the secretariat may distribute advance copies of the report at that time to the members of the Executive Board, including through electronic means where possible, in the language of submission; and that such documentation be also made available to observers at the same time;
٧ - يُقرر، على أساس مؤقت، أنه في الحالات التي لا يتم فيها إصدار تقرير ما بجميع اللغات قبل ستة أسابيع من بدء أي دورة، يجوز لﻷمانة في ذلك الحين أن تقوم بتوزيع نسخ مسبقة من هذا التقرير على أعضاء المجلس، بما في ذلك عن طريق الوسائل الالكترونية حيثما كان ذلك ممكنا، باللغة المقدم بها التقرير؛ وتتاح هذه الوثائق للمراقبين في نفس الوقت؛

The Administrator wishes to bring to the attention of the Executive Board that the evaluation entitled " Sharing new ground in post-conflict situations: The role of UNDP in support of reintegration programmes " has been made available to members of the Board in the language of submission (English).
1 - يود مدير البرنامج توجيه انتباه المجلس التنفيذي إلى أن التقييم المعنون " الاشتراك في مجال عمل جديد في حالات ما بعد الصراع: دور البرنامج الإنمائي في دعم برامج إعادة الإدماج " قد أتيح إلى أعضاء المجلس باللغة المقدم بها (الانكليزية).
