72. Accordingly it is proposed that special arrangements as regards article IV of the Financial Regulations similar to those contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 47/210 B of 14 September 1993 related to UNPROFOR be applied to UNOMIG, as follows:
٧٢ - ولذلك، يقترح أن تطبق على بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في جورجيا ترتيبات خاصة فيما يتعلق بالمادة الرابعة من النظام المالي على غرار الترتيبات الواردة في مرفق قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٧/٢١٠ باء، المؤرخ ١٤ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣، فيما يتصل بقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية، وذلك على النحو التالي:

(f) A decision that the special arrangements as regards article IV of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, as detailed in paragraph 72 above, be applied to UNOMIG.

12. As indicated in paragraph 72 of the report, the Secretary-General proposes to extend to UNOMIG the special arrangements with respect to article IV of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, as contained in the annex to General Assembly resolution 47/210 B of 14 September 1993 related to the United Nations Protection Force.
١٢ - وحسبما ورد في الفقرة ٧٢ من التقرير، يقترح اﻷمين العام أن تُطبﱠق على البعثة الترتيبات الخاصة فيما يتعلق بالمادة الرابعة من النظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة، على النحو الوارد في مرفق قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٧/٢١٠ باء المؤرخ ١٤ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣ المتعلق بقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية.
