٣ - وذكر أن وزارة النهوض بالمرأة والتنمية البشرية التي أنشئت مؤخرا ستشرف على وضع برامج لتعزيز تكافؤ الفرص لفائدة المرأة ومساعدة القطاعات التي تحتاج لعناية ذات أولوية في مجال التنمية البشرية.

308. The Committee views as especially significant the establishment of the Ministry for the Advancement of Women and Human Development as a mechanism for the advancement of women in the country and the attainment of gender equality.
٨٠٣ - وتشير بصفة خاصة إلى إنشاء وزارة النهوض بالمرأة والتنمية البشرية كآلية مكلفة بالنهوض بالمرأة في البلد وتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين.

Supreme Degree 008-2001-PROMUDEH, of 25 April 2001, created the National Programme against Family Violence and Sexual Abuse (PNCVFS), as a unit of the Ministry for the Advancement of Women and Human Development (today the Ministry of Women and Social Development), reporting to the Vice-Ministry of Women.
وأنشئ بموجب المرسوم الثاني رقم 008 - 2001 - PROMUDEH الصادر في 25 نيسان/أبريل 2001، البرنامج الوطني لمكافحة العنف الأسري والجنسي، بوصفه جهازا تابعا لوزارة النهوض بالمرأة والتنمية البشرية المسماة الآن وزارة شؤون المرأة والتنمية الاجتماعية، التابعة للوزارة الفرعية لشؤون المرأة.

The State was addressing the issue of poverty in indigenous areas through the education, health and agricultural sectors, the Office of the President and the Ministry for the Advancement of Women and Human Development (PROMUDEH).

The Committee emphasizes collaboration by Peruvian civil society as a whole and in particular by women’s non-governmental organizations; in that regard, it considers that their ties with the Ministry for the Advancement of Women and Human Development offers a suitable framework for implementation of the Convention.

345. The Committee requests that the next report contain an account of the results of the programmes implemented by the Ministry for the Advancement of Women and Human Development, other government bodies and non-governmental organizations, and also statistics comparing the situation of women with that of men and comparing the situation in the period covered by the next report with that in the period covered by the present report.
٥٤٣ - وتطلب اللجنة أن يعرض التقرير القادم نتائج البرامج التي نفذتها وزارة النهوض بالمرأة والتنمية البشرية والهيئات الحكومية اﻷخرى والمنظمات غير الحكومية، فضلا عن إحصاءات تتضمن مقارنة لحالة المرأة بحالة الرجل ومقارنة التقدم الذي سيحرز في الفترة المقبلة بالتقدم المحرز في الفترة الحالية.

(6) In the Committee's opinion, another favourable development is that machinery has been established for the protection of women, such as the Office of the Ombudsman Specializing in Women's Rights within the Ombudsman's Office and the Congressional Commission on Women and Human Development.
