35. In conformity with rule 54 of its Rules of Procedure, the Meeting established an open-ended working group of the whole on budgetary matters that was coordinated, at the request of the President, by the Vice-President, Ms. Negm.
35 - ووفقا للمادة 54 من نظامها الداخلي، أنشأ الاجتماع فريقا عاملا جامعا مفتوح العضوية يُعنى بالمسائل المتعلقة بالميزانية تولت تنسيق أعماله نائبة الرئيس السيدة نجم، بناء على طلب من رئيس المحكمة.

49. After consideration by the open-ended working group of the whole on budgetary matters, the Meeting adopted the draft decision relating to the staff pension committee of the Tribunal (SPLOS/206, annex) without amendment.
49 - واعتمد الاجتماع المقرر المتعلق بلجنة المعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي المحكمة، على النحو الوارد في الوثيقة (SPLOS/206، المرفق)، دون تعديل، وذلك بعد أن نظر فيها الفريق العامل الجامع المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمسائل المتعلقة بالميزانية.

52. Following the presentation of the recommendations of the open-ended working group of the whole on budgetary matters (SPLOS/L.64), one delegation observed that the equivalence of salaries between the judges of the Tribunal and those of the Court had to be applied mutatis mutandis.
