46. Following informal consultations on budgetary questions and conclusions adopted by the Subcommittee on Administrative and Financial Matters in June 1995, the Executive Committee decided 6/ that:

It was agreed between GATT and the United Nations at that time that GATT should continue to deal with Administrative and Financial Matters, such as personnel actions, payments and maintenance of accounts, and that all relevant GATT financial and staff regulations and rules should apply.
