The historical survey of cases in which the Security Council has taken steps to address the questions of special economic problems of States as a result of sanctions imposed under Chapter VII of the Charter indicates that the Council practice has varied considerably over the years and its response has been characterized by a flexible and, in the main, case-by-case approach.
١٥٠ - تبين الدراسة التاريخية للحالات التي اتخذ فيها مجلس اﻷمن خطوات لمواجهة المسائل المتعلقة بالمشاكل الاقتصادية الخاصة الي تواجهها الدول نتيجة للجزاءات بموجب الفصل السابع أن أسلوب المجلس قد تنوع كثيرا على مر السنين، وأن استجابته تميزت باستخدام نهج مرن تراعى فيه بشكل أساسي ظروف كل حالة على حدة.
