In accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan on commercial banks and Bank Activity of 8 October 1993, access to loans does not depend on the sex of the borrower, nor does it depend on the place of his/her residence (article 13 of the Law).

137. The women of Turkmenistan have equal access with men to receiving agricultural credits and loans. Receiving them, in accordance with the Turkmenistan law " On commercial banks and banking activity, " dated 8 October 1993, does not depend either on the gender of the borrower or on the place of residence (Article 13 of the law).
137 - من المتاح لنساء تركمانستان ذات إمكانية الوصول للائتمانات الزراعية والقروض المتوفرة أمام الرجال، وفقا للقانون المتعلق بالمصارف التجارية والأنشطة المصرفية والصادر في 8 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1993، وهو قانون لا يتضمن أي تمييز بناء على نوع جنس المقترض أو مكان سكناه (المادة 13).

4. The Bank of Thailand shall fully cooperate, to the extent permitted by the laws of Thailand, with competent Thai agencies in implementing Security Council resolution 1874 (2009) in relation to commercial banks and financial institutions under the purview of the Bank of Thailand.
4 - وسيتعاون مصرف تايلند تعاونا كاملا، في حدود ما تسمح بها قوانين تايلند، مع الوكالات التايلندية المعنية من أجل تنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن 1874 (2009)، فيما يتعلق بالمصارف التجارية والمؤسسات المالية الخاضعة لسلطة مصرف تايلند.

In accordance with article 20 of the Act of 8 October 1993 on commercial banks and banking activities, banks provide information with regard to juridical persons upon official request from the following authorized bodies: the higher organizations, State tax inspectorates, courts, investigative bodies, audit organs; and with regard to physical persons to courts and investigative bodies.
وفقا للمادة 20 من مرسوم 8 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1993 الخاص بالمصارف التجارية وبالأنشطة المصرفية، يتعين على المصارف أن تقدم المعلومات فيما يتعلق بالأشخاص الاعتباريين بناء على طلب رسمي من الهيئات المعنية التالية: الهيئات العليا للدولة، وهيئات تفتيش ضرائب الدولة، والمحاكم، وهيئات التحقيق، وهيئات مراجعة الحسابات.
