12. The Group recommends that the Sanctions Committee call on the Democratic Republic of the Congo authorities to suspend the trading licences of all non-compliant national companies and take legal action against the directors of those companies which violate the United Nations arms embargo by trading in minerals sourced from non-governmental armed groups.
12 - ويوصي الفريق بأن تطلب لجنة الجزاءات من سلطات جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية أن توقف تراخيص الاتجار الممنوحة لجميع الشركات الوطنية التي لا تمتثل للقواعد المفروضة، وأن تتخذ إجراءات قانونية ضد مديري الشركات التي تنتهك حظر الأسلحة الذي فرضته الأمم المتحدة عن طريق اتجارها بالمعادن التي تأتي من جماعات مسلحة غير حكومية.
