Pursuant to the Rules of the Tribunal and the resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal, the Tribunal will meet for deliberations and hearings in 2014 and 2015 as follows:
وعملا بلائحة المحكمة والقرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة، ستنعقد المحكمة في عامي 2014 و 2015 لإجراء مداولات وجلسات استماع على النحو التالي:

On the basis of the consultations with the parties and pursuant to the Rules of the Tribunal and the resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal, the Tribunal will meet for deliberations and hearings in 2012 and 2013 as follows:
وبناء على المشاورات مع الطرفين ووفقا للائحة المحكمة والقرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة، ستنعقد المحكمة لإجراء مداولات وجلسات استماع في عامي 2012 و 2013 على النحو التالي:

وعقب اختتام المرافعات الخطية، ستعقد المحكمة وفقا للائحتها والقرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة، اجتماعات للمداولة وجلسات للاستماع في عام 2013 على النحو التالي:

The President of the Meeting noted that States needed to be familiar with the Tribunal's internal judicial practice and the guidelines for the preparation and submission of cases before the Tribunal, in order to avail themselves of its dispute settlement services.
وقال رئيس الاجتماع إن الدول بحاجة إلى أن تكون على دراية تامة بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة وبالمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد وتقديم القضايا للمحكمة ليتسنى لهم الاستفادة من خدماتها في تسوية المنازعات.

Those methods were set out in the Resolution concerning the internal judicial practice of the Court, which had been adopted pursuant to article 19 of the Rules of Court.

43. The Tribunal at its fourth session also considered the resolution on the internal judicial practice pursuant to article 40 of the Rules of the Tribunal.

During the year, States parties adopted the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Tribunal, and the Tribunal itself made progress in concluding a Headquarters Agreement, while adopting its rules of procedure, a resolution on internal judicial practice and the Guidelines to assist parties.
وفي غضون العام، اعتمدت الدول اﻷطراف اتفاق امتيازات المحكمة وحصاناتها، وأحرزت المحكمة نفسها تقدما في إبرام اتفاق مقر، في حين اعتمدت نظامها الداخلي، واتخذت قرارا يتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية والمبادئ التوجيهية لمساعدة اﻷطراف.

Thus, for example, we can be satisfied that the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea has already adopted the Rules of the Tribunal, the guidelines concerning the preparation and presentation of cases before the Tribunal, and the resolution on internal judicial practice.

196. The procedures for the Court's deliberations are described in its Resolution concerning the internal judicial practice of the Court of 12 April 1976.
١٩٦ - ويرد وصف اﻹجراءات التي تتبعها المحكمة في مداولاتها في قرارها المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة المؤرخ ١٢ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٧٦.

(d) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under article 7 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 13 days; January-April 2015
(د) اجتماع لجنة الصياغة بموجب المادة 7 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 13 يوما؛

(e) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under article 11 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 11 days;
(هـ) اجتماع لجنة الصياغة بموجب المادة 11 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 11 يوما؛

In that regard, I might recall a provision in the Resolution concerning the internal judicial practice of the Court (1976), which in its article 1 states:
وفي ذلك الصدد، أود أن أذكر ببند في القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة (1976)، الذي ينص في المادة 1 على ما يلي:

(c) Initial deliberations after oral proceedings under article 5 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 15 days;
(ج) المداولات الأولية التي تعقب المرافعات الشفوية وفقا للمادة 5 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 15 يوما؛

(d) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under article 7 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 14 days;
(د) اجتماع لجنة الصياغة بموجب المادة 7 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 14 يوما.

(e) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under article 11 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 14 days;
(هـ) اجتماع لجنة الصياغة بموجب المادة 11 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 14 يوما؛

(d) Meeting of the Drafting Committee under articles 7 and 11 of the resolution on the internal judicial practice: 28 days;
(د) اجتماع لجنة الصياغة بموجب المادتين 7 و 11 من القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية: 28 يوما؛

3. At its fourth session the Tribunal completed work on the organization of its judicial procedures with the adoption of the Rules of the Tribunal, Guidelines concerning the Preparation and Presentation of Cases before the Tribunal and the Resolution on the internal judicial practice of the Tribunal.
٣ - وأنهت المحكمة في دورتها الرابعة اﻷعمال المتعلقة بتنظيم إجراءاتها القضائية باعتماد لائحة المحكمة، والمبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بإعداد وعرض القضايا على المحكمة والقرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة.

14. The frequency and duration of meetings during the year are to a great extent dictated by the number and nature of the cases submitted to the Tribunal and the requirements of the Statute, the Rules of the Tribunal and the Resolution on the internal judicial practice, as they apply to those cases.
١٤ - ويتحدد عدد الاجتماعات ومدتها خلال السنة إلى درجة كبيرة وفقا لعدد وطبيعة القضايا المعروضة على المحكمة ومتطلبات النظام اﻷساسي، ولائحة المحكمة والقرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية بحسب انطباقها على تلك القضايا.

33. The Resolution concerning the internal judicial practice of the Court specified in article 6 (i) that on the basis of the views expressed in the deliberations and the written notes, the Court would proceed to choose a drafting committee by secret ballot and by and absolute majority of votes.
33 - وأضاف أن القرار المتعلق بالممارسة القضائية الداخلية للمحكمة حدد في المادة 6 ' 1` أن المحكمة، على أساس الآراء المعرب عنها في المداولات والمذكرات المكتوبة، سوف تقوم باختيار لجنة صياغة بالاقتراع السري وبالأغلبية المطلقة للأصوات.
