Following past practice, those States were invited to send delegations to attend the current session of the Subcommittee and address it, as appropriate, without prejudice to further requests of that nature; that action did not involve any decision of the Subcommittee concerning status but was a courtesy that the Subcommittee extended to those delegations.
وعملا بالممارسة المتبعة في الماضي دُعيَت تلك الدول إلى إرسال وفود لحضور الدورة الحالية للجنة الفرعية ومخاطبتها، حسب الاقتضاء، دون المساس بطلبات لاحقة من هذا القبيل؛ ولم ينطو ذلك الإجراء على أي قرار من اللجنة الفرعية بشأن صفة تلك الوفود وإنما كان مجاملة من اللجنة الفرعية لتلك الوفود.

وعملا بالممارسة المتبعة في الماضي دعيت تلك الدول إلى إرسال وفود لحضور الدورة الحالية من اللجنة الفرعية ومخاطبتها، حسب الاقتضاء، دون المساس بطلبات لاحقة من هذا القبيل؛ علما بأن هذا الإجراء لا ينطوي على أي قرار من اللجنة الفرعية بشأن وضع تلك الوفود وإنما هو مجاملة من اللجنة الفرعية لتلك الوفود.

3. Consequently, in accordance with past practice that voluntary contributions are calculated on a net basis, the financing of UNIKOM will be implemented in accordance with the revised operative paragraphs 15 to 21 of Assembly resolution 56/297, as contained in the annex to the present note.
3 - ونتيجة لذلك، وعملا بالممارسة المتبعة في الماضي التي جرت على احتساب التبرعات على أساس المبالغ الصافية، فإن تمويل بعثة الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة في العراق والكويت سيتم بموجب الفقرات من 15 إلى 21 المنقحة من منطوق قرار الجمعية العامة 56/297 على النحو الوارد في مرفق هذه المذكرة.

3. Consequently, in accordance with past practice that voluntary contributions are to be calculated on a net basis, the financing of UNFICYP will be implemented in accordance with the revised paragraphs 14 to 21 of Assembly resolution 56/502, as contained in the annex to the present note.
3 - ونتيجة لذلك، وعملا بالممارسة المتبعة في الماضي التي جرت على احتساب التبرعات على أساس المبالغ الصافية، فإن تمويل قوة حفظ السلام في قبرص سوف ينفذ وفقا للفقرات المنقحة من 14 إلى 21 من قرار الجمعية العامة 56/502، بالصيغة الواردة في مرفق هذه المذكرة.
