3. Calls upon the Government of Cuba to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur by permitting him full and free access to establish contact with the Government and the citizens of Cuba so that he may fulfil the mandate entrusted to him;

وطلبت إليه أيضاً أن يهتم اهتماماً خاصاً بانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان لنساء السكان الأصليين وأطفالهم، وأن يأخذ بمنظور يراعي الفروق بين الجنسين وينظر فيما صدر عن المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، من توصيات بشأن المسائل المتعلقة بالولاية المسندة إليه.

The Commission on Human Rights at its fiftyseventh session, in resolution 2001/81 welcomed the support given by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights through the appointment of the human rights officer for Somalia and expressed the hope that he would be able to continue to give meaningful assistance to the Somali people through the fulfilment of his mandate.
ورحبت لجنة حقوق الإنسان في دورتها السابعة والخمسين، في القرار 2001/81، بالدعم المقدم من مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان من خلال تعيين موظف لشؤون حقوق الإنسان في الصومال وأعربت عن أملها في أن يتسنى له الاستمرار في تقديم مساعدة مجدية إلى الشعب الصومالي عن طريق نهوضه بالولاية المسندة إليه.

Expresses its deep disappointment that the Special Rapporteur did not fulfil his mandate contained in its resolution S-5/1 of 19 October 2000 adopted by the Commission at its special session on Palestine, and urges him to visit the occupied Palestinian territories in compliance with this resolution without further delay; " .

In the same resolution, the Conference requested the Working Group to continue advising and assisting the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Firearms Protocol, in accordance with Conference resolution 5/4, and decided that the Working Group should hold at least one intersessional meeting.
وفي القرار نفسه، طلب المؤتمر إلى الفريق العامل أنْ يواصل إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر عملاً بالولاية المسندة إليه فيما يتعلَّق ببروتوكول الأسلحة النارية وفقا لقرار المؤتمر 5/4، وقرَّر أنْ يعقد الفريق العامل اجتماعاً واحداً على الأقل في فترة ما بين الدورتين.

In its resolution 6/2, the Conference took note of these recommendations and requested that the Working Group continue advising and assisting the Conference in the implementation of its mandate with regard to the Firearms Protocol, and further decided that the Working Group should hold at least one intersessional meeting.
وفي قراره 6/2 أخذ المؤتمر علماً بهذه التوصيات وطلب من الفريق العامل أن يواصل إسداء المشورة وتقديم المساعدة إلى المؤتمر عملاً بالولاية المسندة إليه فيما يتعلق ببروتوكول الأسلحة النارية، وقرَّر أيضاً أن يعقد الفريق العامل اجتماعاً واحداً على الأقل في فترة ما بين الدورتين.

The LEG agreed to further consider and report to the SBI, at its twenty-seventh session, on the fulfilment of its mandate on the basis of work it has undertaken and results gathered from the stocktaking meeting.
23- واتفق فريق الخبراء على مواصلة النظر في النهوض بالولاية المسندة إليه استناداً إلى ما أنجزه من عمل وما تم تجميعه من نتائج من الاجتماع التقييمي، وعلى أن يقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها السادسة والعشرين.

51. This inventory suffices to show how vital it is for the drafting group to make some choices and to identify priorities, in a timely manner and in keeping with the spirit of its mandate, if the mandate conferred upon it by the Human Rights Council in resolution 13/23 is to be fulfilled and confirmed in resolution 16/22.
51- يبيّن هذا الجرد وحده أنه لا بد لفريق الصياغة أن يحدد اختياراته وأولوياته إذا كان يرغب في الاضطلاع بنجاح بالولاية المسندة إليه بموجب القرار 13/23، والتي أكدها القرار 16/22، ضمن أجل معقول مع بقائه وفياً لروح تلك الولاية ولنصها.
