We reaffirm the importance of the continued engagement of the international community and, in this regard, welcome the renewal of the mandate of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) to assist in the stabilization process.
ونؤكد من جديد أهمية اشتراك المجتمع الدولي المستمر، ونرحب في هذا الصدد بتجديد ولاية بعثة الأمم المتحدة لتحقيق الاستقرار في هايتي للمساعدة في عملية تحقيق الاستقرار.

1. The General Assembly, in its resolution 51/198 B of 27 March 1997, authorized the renewal of the mandate of the United Nations Verification Mission in Guatemala (MINUGUA) for the period from 1 April 1997 to 31 March 1998.
