[(a) The establishment or reaffirmation of legally-binding quantified emission limitation or reduction commitments stated relative to 1990 or to other base years consistent with Article 4.6 of the Convention and decision 9/CP.2;
[(أ) وضع أو إعادة تأكيد الالتزامات الكمية الملزمة قانوناً بتحديد الانبعاثات أو خفضها المبينة مقارنة بمستويات عام 1990 أو بسنوات أساس أخرى تماشياً مع المادة 4-6 من الاتفاقية والمقرر 9/م أ-2؛

The minimum expectations with regard to the commitments and actions Parties would register in their national schedules would be for all developed country Parties, an economy-wide quantified emission limitation or reduction commitment.
20- والحد الأدنى من التوقعات الخاصة بالالتزامات والإجراءات الذي تسجله الأطراف في جداولها الوطنية سيكون بالنسبة لجميع البلدان المتقدمة الأطراف التزاماً كمياً بتحديد الانبعاثات أو خفضها على مستوى الاقتصاد بأكمله.

[NOTE: Provisions would be inserted to establish the parameters for calculating the assigned amount for each Party with an economy-wide or sectoral quantified emission limitation or reduction commitment registered in its National Schedule, and calculating emissions for the purpose of verification of those commitments.
[ملاحظة: ستُدرج أحكام لوضع المعايير لحساب الكمية المسندة إلى كل طرف مع تسجيل التزامه بتحديد الانبعاثات أو خفضها كميّاً على صعيد الاقتصاد كله أو على المستوى القطاعي في جدوله الوطني، ولحساب الانبعاثات لأغراض التحقق من هذه الالتزامات.

(b) Urging each developed country Party to implement without delay its quantified economy-wide emission reduction target under the Convention and, if it is also a Party to the Kyoto Protocol, its quantified emission limitation or reduction commitment for the second commitment period of the Kyoto Protocol, if applicable;
(ب) حث كل بلد من البلدان المتقدمة الأطراف على أن يُنفذ، من دون إبطاء، هدفه الكمي لخفض الانبعاثات على نطاق الاقتصاد ككل بموجب الاتفاقية، وحثه أيضاً، إذا كان طرفاً في بروتوكول كيوتو، على أن يُنفذ التزاماته الكمية بتحديد الانبعاثات أو خفضها في فترة الالتزام الثانية بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو، حسب الاقتضاء؛

For each Party included in Annex I which elects to use the number of gigagrams of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions inscribed in Annex C to express its binding emission limitation or reduction commitment under this Protocol, that number shall constitute its assigned amount;
(أ) فيما يتعلق بكل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول يختار استخدام عدد الجيغا غرامات من انبعاثاته من مكافئ ثاني أكسيد الكربون المقيدة في المرفق جيم للتعبير عن التزامه بتحديد الانبعاثات أو خفضها بموجب هذا البروتوكول، يشكل هذا الرقم الكمية المسندة إليه؛

13. Together with the list of quantified emission limitation or reduction commitments for Parties inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol, an appendix to this annex containing a list of expected net emissions from the agriculture, forestry and other land use sector for each Party inscribed in Annex B shall be adopted by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol.
13- وإلى جانب قائمة الالتزامات الكمية بتحديد الانبعاثات أو خفضها التي تقع على الأطراف المسجلة في المرفق باء من بروتوكول كيوتو، يعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف/ اجتماع الأطراف تذييلاً لهذا المرفق يتضمن قائمة بصافي الانبعاثات المتوقعة لكل طرف مسجل في المرفق باء فيما يتعلق بقطاع الزراعة والحراجة وغيرهما من أوجه استخدام الأراضي.
