٠٣- طلبت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ والهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية، في الدورة الثانية لكل منهما، من اﻷمانة أن تقوم بعدد من اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة بتطوير التكنولوجيات ونقلها )FCCC/SBI/1996/9(.

٣١- وهناك بند فرعي مستقل في إطار البند ٥ يسمح بمعالجة البند المتكرر المتعلق بتطوير التكنولوجيات ونقلها وهـــو البنـــد الذي تقضي به الفقرة ٤ )أ( من المقرر ٣١/م أ-١ والفقرة ٥ من المقرر ٧/م أ-٢.
