40. In 2011, the ILO Committee of Experts recalled its previous comments in relation to the progress made with a view to amending section 68 of the Labour Act 2003, which provided only for equal pay for equal work, so as to ensure full conformity with the principle of equal remuneration for work of equal value set out in ILO Equal Remuneration Convention No. 100.

70. The ILO Committee of Experts recalled its previous comments concerning certain provisions of the Penal Code on offences relating to religion ( " blasphemy laws " ) as some of these offences single out the members of the Ahmadi minority.
70- وذكّرت لجنة الخبراء التابعة لمنظمة العمل الدولية بتعليقاتها السابقة على بعض أحكام القانون الجنائي المتعلقة بالجرائم المرتبطة بالدين ( " قوانين التجديف " )، لأن بعض هذه الجرائم يقتصر على أفراد الأقلية الأحمدية.

9. The Committee recalled its previous comments urging the Government to take steps to ensure that the new Labour Law included provisions explicitly defining and prohibiting direct and indirect discrimination, on all the grounds enumerated in article 1 (1) (a) of the Convention, with respect to all aspects of employment and occupation, and covering all workers, including domestic workers, casual workers and agricultural workers.
9 - ذكّرت اللجنة بتعليقاتها السابقة وحثّت الحكومة على اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لكفالة تضمين قانون العمل الجديد أحكاما تعرف وتحظر صراحة التمييز المباشر وغير المباشر القائم على جميع الأسس المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية (أ) من الفقرة 1 من المادة 1 من الاتفاقية، وذلك فيما يتعلق بجميع جوانب العمالة والمهن، كما تشمل جميع العمال، بمن فيهم الخدم العاملين في المنازل، والعمال المؤقتين والعمال الزراعيين.
