21. On 16 April, after consideration of a draft conclusion on proposals for the appointment of an External Auditor proposed orally by the Chairman, the Committee adopted the following conclusion:
١٢ - في ٦١ نيسان/أبريل ، نظرت اللجنة في مشروع استنتاج اقترحه الرئيس شفويا بشأن الاقتراحات المتعلقة بتعيين مراجع حسابات خارجي ، واعتمدت اللجنة الاستنتاج التالي :

2. General Conference decision GC.6/Dec.18 requests the Director-General to invite proposals from Member States for the appointment of an External Auditor and to submit such proposals to the Programme and Budget Committee for consideration.
ويطلب قرار المؤتمر العام م ع-6/م-18 إلى المدير العام أن يلتمس اقتراحات من الدول الأعضاء فيما يتعلق بتعيين مراجع حسابات خارجي وأن يقدم تلك الاقتراحات إلى لجنة البرنامج والميزانية للنظر فيها.

ويطلب قرار المؤتمر العام م ع-6/م-18 إلى المدير العام أن يلتمس اقتراحات من الدول الأعضاء فيما يتعلق بتعيين مراجع حسابات خارجي وأن يقدّم تلك الاقتراحات إلى لجنة البرنامج والميزانية للنظر فيها.

2- ويطلب قرار المؤتمر العام م ع-6/م-18 الى المدير العام أن يلتمس اقتراحات من الدول الأعضاء فيما يتعلق بتعيين مراجع حسابات خارجي وأن يقدم تلك الاقتراحات الى لجنة البرنامج والميزانية للنظر فيها.

(a) Took note of the information contained in documents PBC.15/6-IDB.21/6 and PBC.15/CRP.2 concerning recommendations for the appointment of an External Auditor;
)أ( أحاطت علما بالمعلومات الواردة في الوثيقتين PBC.15/6-IDB.21/6 و PBC.15/CRP.2 بشأن التوصيات المتعلقة بتعيين مراجع حسابات خارجي ؛

Turning to the proposals for the appointment of an External Auditor, she said that Ghana had submitted the candidature of its Auditor-General for the post in the firm conviction that he possessed the qualifications, skill and experience to discharge the functions of the position with distinction, and she thanked all the Member States who had supported his candidature.
٠٥- وانتقلت الى الاقتراحات المتعلقة بتعيين مراجع حسابات خارجي وقالت ان غانا قدمت ترشيح مراجع الحسابات العام فيها للمنصب بناء على قناعتها التامة بأن لديه المؤهلات والمهارة والخبرة اللازمة للاضطلاع بمهام المنصب بصورة ممتازة، وشكرت جميع الدول اﻷعضاء التي أيدت ترشيحه.

22. The Board had before it a report by the Director-General on candidatures for the appointment of an External Auditor (PBC.13/2) and PBC conclusion 97/8 on proposals for the appointment of an External Auditor.
٢٢ - كان معروضا على المجلس تقرير من المدير العام عن الترشيحات لمنصب مراجع الحسابات الخارجي PBC.13/2)( واستنتاج لجنة البرنامج والميزانية ٧٩/٨ بشأن المقترحات المتعلقة بتعيين مراجع حسابات خارجي .
