2. The Committee welcomes the submission of the initial report of the State party, which was submitted on time and prepared in general conformity with the Committee's guidelines.
2- ترحب اللجنة بتقرير الدولة الطرف الأولي الذي قدمته في الوقت المحدد وأعدّته بتوافق عام مع المبادئ التوجيهية للجنة، وتعرب عن تقديرها للردود الخطية الشاملة على قائمة المسائل.

2. The Committee welcomes the report of the State party, which is in conformity with the Committee's reporting guidelines, as well as the written comments on the list of themes and the oral replies of the delegation to the questions raised by the Committee.
2- ترحب اللجنة بتقرير الدولة الطرف المقدم وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية للجنة لإعداد التقارير، كما ترحب بالتعليقات الخطية على قائمة المواضيع والردود الشفوية التي قدمها الوفد على الأسئلة التي طرحتها اللجنة.

7.3 The Committee observes that at its twenty-fifth session, in its concluding observations on the report of the State party, it considered the question of requests for ministerial stays on expulsion on humanitarian grounds.
7-3 وتلاحظ اللجنة أنها قامت، في دورتها الخامسة والعشرين، وفي ملاحظاتها الختامية المتعلقة بتقرير الدولة الطرف()، ببحث مسألة طلب إرجاء القرار الوزاري بالطرد لأسباب إنسانية.

51. Mr. SOLARI YRIGOYEN commended the clarity of the State party's report and replies, which testified to its desire to observe and implement the provisions of the Covenant.
51- السيد سولاري - يريغوين أشاد بوضوح بتقرير الدولة الطرف وردودها التي أبانت على رغبتها في احترام أحكام العهد وفرض الامتثال لها.

The measures adopted or foreseen to ensure wide dissemination and consideration of the summary records and the concluding observations adopted by the Committee in relation to the State party's report, including any parliamentary hearing or media coverage.
