The Assembly would draw the attention of Governments to the importance for the International Law Commission of having their views on the draft articles and commentary on diplomatic protection and on the draft principles on allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities, both of which were adopted at the fifty-sixth session of the Commission in 2004.
وتوجه الجمعية أنظار الحكومات إلى ما توليه لجنة القانون الدولي من أهمية لاستطلاع آرائها بشأن مشروع المواد والشرح المتعلق بالحماية الدبلوماسية ومشروع المبادئ المتعلقة بتوزيع الخسائر في حالة الضرر العابر للحدود الناجم عن أنشطة خطرة، اللذين اعتُمدا كليهما في الدورة السادسة والخمسين للجنة في عام 2004.

2. Expresses its appreciation to the International Law Commission for the work accomplished at its fifty-sixth session, in particular for the completion of the first reading of draft articles on Diplomatic protection and of the draft principles on the allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities;

45. The draft principles on the allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities (A/59/10, chap. VII) provided a sound basis for the Commission's future work on the topic.

53. Turning to the draft principles on the allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities, he welcomed the completion of the text on second reading after many years of debate in the Commission.
53 - وعند الانتقال إلى مشاريع المواد المتصلة بتوزيع الخسائر في حالة حدوث ضرر عابر الحدود من جراء الاضطلاع بأنشطة خطرة، يلاحَظ أن ثمة ترحيب بإنجاز النص المتعلق بالقراءة الثانية عقب سنوات عديدة من التداول في سياق اللجنة.

The Assembly would draw the attention of Governments to the importance for the International Law Commission of having their views on the various aspects involved in the topics on the agenda of the Commission, particularly with regard to the draft articles and commentary on diplomatic protection and the draft principles on allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities.
وتوجه الجمعية أنظار الحكومات إلى ما توليه لجنة القانون الدولي من أهمية لاستطلاع آرائها بشأن مختلف الجوانب التي تنطوي عليها المواضيع المدرجة في جدول أعمال اللجنة، وبخاصة مشاريع المواد والملاحظات على الحماية الدبلوماسية، ومشاريع المبادئ المتعلقة بتوزيع الخسائر في حالة الضرر العابر للحدود الناجم عن أنشطة خطرة.

1. Mr. Henczel (Poland) congratulated the Commission on completing the first reading of the draft articles on diplomatic protection and the draft principles on the allocation of loss in the case of transboundary harm arising out of hazardous activities and said that the importance of the two topics for contemporary international law could not be overestimated.
