وضمن إطار الحق في الصحة يقع على الدول واجب اتخاذ التدابير القانونية والإدارية اللازمة لضمان تأمين حصول سكانها على الأدوية الأساسية بجميع السبل المتاحة.

8. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to review the situation, to assist Palestinian women by all available means, including those laid out in his report,1 and to submit to the Commission on the Status of Women at its fifty-ninth session a report, including information provided by the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia, on the progress made in the implementation of the present resolution.
8 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يبقي الحالة قيد الاستعراض وأن يساعد النساء الفلسطينيات بجميع السبل المتاحة بما فيها السبل المبينة في تقريره(1)، وأن يقدم إلى لجنة وضع المرأة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين تقريرا يتضمن المعلومات المقدمة من اللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغربي آسيا عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار.

7 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل استعراض الحالة وأن يساعد النساء الفلسطينيات بجميع السبل المتاحة بما فيها تلك الواردة في تقرير الأمين العام (10)، وأن يقدم إلى لجنة وضع المرأة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين تقريرا يتضمن المعلومات المقدمة من اللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغرب آسيا، عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار.
